AltRider Radiator Guard for Triumph Tiger 800 (2015+)
Rocks and road debris are a threat to your radiator but you can ride confidently after installing the AltRider Radiator Guard for the Triumph Tiger 800.
Made from 1/16 inch (1.5 mm) thick anodized aluminum it’s designed with louvers to deflect kicked up debris while simultaneously directing air flow to the radiator to keep it cool. It attaches to the bike using upper and lower mounts and incorporates tabs to index into the fairing. High-temp silicone pads in each corner of the guard ensure that when taking a hit the guard won’t crush the vulnerable radiator fins. Unlike other designs currently on the market we do not hard mount to the radiator — there is too much risk of damaging the radiator.

During installation the two 1/4€ non-adhesive bumpers will not make contact with the bike. These are for guarding the high temperature standoffs while preventing the guard from bending into the radiator during larger impacts/rock hits.
